FINALLY FILED THE DIVORCE!!!

Well a year after another relationship I was in, moving around a ton of times, rewrites of the paperwork. My (WIFE...soon ex) met me at the courthouse and we finally filed the divorce.  She actually paid half too!

Her and my ex-friend broke up. Sad actually but no surprise. He was always a douche. He moved in on a woman going through a separation from her husband, gets her prego, fakes a weeding ( I call it that because he was fried during the ceremony) and then breaks up with her... or I think she actually got the sense to leave him since he is just.. well... yeah. If you know him then you will know what I mean.

I think I have 5 months and it is official. Thank you to everyone who was supportive and helped me with this financial burden and amazing birthday gift to me!!!

I will let you know when it is official!

I'm in the home stretch.....

I have received the forms back from her and now it is time to try to find a DAY OFF to run to the court house to get this done... I hope I can even remember which court I'm supposed to take it to...geesh this has taken forever to move forward. She did not know how to fill out the income worksheet...because she has been "self" employed (ie:working off the books with some cheap employer) and so she did not have pay stubs to verify income. Which I don't understand why that is relevent since it is a joint petition where we are just trying to end the bond with out argument... ahhhhh... well I hope the court takes it and does not send it back to me!

No good news....

I have been unable to get the JOINT paper work to my soon to be ex-wife because I first sent her forms with her wrong last name (I had no idea she never actually changed her name to my last name yet... weird) Then I sent her the corrected forms via UPS and they can't seem to get past her gate to deliver (this is the one time US MAIL actually prevailed first...for the first time). I now ride my bike and I'll be dropping the forms at her door tonight on my way home... she already has my return envelope I sent her to return the forms to me so we should be under way shortly!!!!

Hopefully on Monday

I have transfered the money that was sent to me via USPS and it should total an amount of $575.00 but after Paypal takes their percentage it should total $563.00.

The Filing will only cost $350.00 which will leave me $213.00.

I have already talked to a headshot photographer about shooting my shots for $75.00

Reproductions of my headshots will cost no less then $100.00.

Submissions to projects and agents will cost me about $2.00 per submission.

I also want to reproduce postcards and Business Cards which should not cost me more then $50.00 total. I will start with a low amount of these and see how effective they are in this digital era we are in.

Thank you all for your support!!! 2009 has been the best year so far.... by far. My feet feel somewhat on the ground again and I feel like I'm almost ready to hit the ground running.

Day 8 of 31, WED 7/29 (23 DAYS LEFT)

So with the last ditch effort of a few friends. I have surpassed my Goal of $350. I have not received anymore harassing emails or comments from the offending party. So that's a good thing. I'm now going to be making some goodie boxes to send out to all you lovely people. I will have a finalized list of all the contributors and make a tribute video to you all.

I'm now trying to figure out the best way pay. I won't get the paypal card in the mail for another week or so. I also received donations in the mail so I want to transfer those funds to paypal too so I can keep track of all the funds. Paypal just charges stupid fees for everything so I'm indecisive at the moment. I will scan all receipts and document everything as it happens so you all will see what you helped me to achieve.

Day 4

I posted the video and launched the site on Tuesday this week. Today is Friday and I should be to goal by next week if it keeps going at this rate. This will be the best Birthday Gift I have ever gotten. I have had donations reach $206.55 toward a $350.00 goal by Aug 21st. But I forgot that I have to file...then wait for the court to send me the copy and her the copy...then I have to serve her the papers... I really don't think I will get that all done before my birthday... unless I reach goal over the weekend and I can go to court on Monday and get it filed before August even is here!!! How great would that be?

My Wife's baby's daddy now wants to be friends.

If you're so entrenched and don't want any interaction why did you hit accept on the friend request? Don't you think the best way to have us "go away" would be to move on and not even think about it. I know you think there was a grand scheme to screw you over. Do you really believe I got in contact with you so I could invite you to Shadow Machine JUST so I could steal your wife. I have plenty to say but I don't think any of it will mater and I almost understand it.
Okay having said all that, I'm fine with being OUT of your life, you don't have to talk to me, look at me...it can ALL be over.
The thing is, you can fuck with me and with (WIFE) all you want it is what it is. Trouble is now you're fucking with my Baby and I just can't have it. I'm sure one day you'll understand or perhaps you already do. When it's your child you get very protective. I didn't approach you on here so we could "communicate" rather so everyone we mutually know can see the same things or thing. I have nothing to hide and quite frankly I LOVE the video, I like the attention. It's "There's no such thing as bad publicity"
I don't know if you want to re-edit your "plea for help" YOUTUBE gem or if you'd rather just leave it and ad to your problems. I would LOVE to make a response video, you and I could go back and forth on youtube talking shit. I think it might be fun, I'm jelous quite frankly of you and jack, seriously I wish I could have a video blog.
Here's the bottom line, we can let this fester and it will inevitably get worse. I'll have to get a "Cease and Desist" order and then it's just more money to be wasted. Let me explain further, I'm not a public figure so even with black bars and not using my name, it's harassment and a law in California the "anti cyber stalking " law.
It doesn't have to be this way. Look post your video, be angry whatever you have to do and I'll do what I have to do to protect my family and my child.
Why not put it ALL behind you and then you will NEVER have to deal with me or (WIFE) EVER again, directly at least.

Dude (MY WIFE) is still my Wife...there is nothing to forget. Pay her half... once I raise the money to finish this I will not need to plea for assistance from friends. I never mentioned your names and I blocked out any information that would put you at risk. Feel free to go through the proper channels to cease and desist... but I think it would just be easier for you two to man up and pay for her half of this... otherwise if you are not willing to contribute... good luck to you.

I love how you always think you can say I'm acting like I'm 10 yrs old and stuff like it such a diss. Acting like a divorce is something to forget about and also thinking you can tell the husband of your baby's mamma that he is acting like he is 10.... IS ACTING LIKE YOU ARE 10. For God's sake.

Well we can't see each other's profile or send each other messages if you didn't accept the request, so that doesn't make sense. None of that made much sense to me but okay. Look you can feel any way you want and you can feel sorry for yourself and seek out empathy and pitty and money from your friends but you'll find NONE of the above from me. A stalker would be trying to contact her... you are the one contacting me. I'm trying to get a divorce... not stalk anyone... why is this easier for you guys to threaten me and go to a lawyer and file with the state blah blah blah...but not file for the divorce... got the papers all drawn up...
